At BREATHE, our advanced massage therapists have a combined field experience of over 22 years. We share a passion for understanding the body and improving health and balance for ourselves, as well as our clients.
We communicate with each individual to find what your specific needs are. We take into account your everyday activities, possible injuries, stress level and emotional state and use our intuition combined with our experience and skilled techniques to create a unique healing experience for you.
We use combined techniques we sense would be most beneficial for you at that moment, to include:

- Polarity, Reiki, and Intuitive Energy Work
We, as therapists, stay fully aware during our time together to listen to the nonverbal communication of your body. We hold the intention to allow an opportunity for your body to heal itself, knowing we all have the ability to heal ourselves. We appreciate any feedback and insights as a participant in our work together.
